Hi and welcome to the forum Carl.
We just picked up our 2nd yesterday, a beautiful puppy girl that we've called Luna and she's definitely a loon.
This will put me about a month in front of you so our experiences may be of some help.
Don't be afraid to ask loads of questions, trust me I'm asking for tips and help too.
We've not had a puppy for that long that I'll gladly admit that I class myself as a puppy virgin and this is our 1st puppy Husky as Kai was adopted.
Look forward to chatting,
Steve

Hiya Carl welcome to the nuthouse (they are a mad lot in here
) congratulations on the new addition in a months time.
And well done on arming yourself with information before the little devil (i mean angel) arrives.
Where's your new furbaby coming from ?
They should also provide some information and back up for you.
My first husky puppy is now 3 years old, she was and still is an angel.
My second puppy is now 2 years old she isn't a husky she is a lab collie cross lol (now that's a mix lol )
And my third puppy is classed as a Northern Inuit and he is 10 months old he can be the devil when he chooses, if you leave it lying around chances are it will be in bits when you come back to it lol.
Puppy crates can be a godsend, but Silver never had one so that rule isn't a fixed point lol.
Any way welcome to the forum hope you really enjoy your time with us.
