Hello there! My name is Angela and I have owned/rescued Huskies for about five years now. In that time I have had three beautiful dogs. Unfortunately I lost one very young to kidney/liver failure and the second to age/seizure disorder. Milosh (like meelosh not like the car) was "the" dog. The best dog I have ever and will likely ever own. Sadly I only had him about 6 months before a large food contamination issue here in the states ruined many organ systems beyond the point of repair. He is the reason I started doing more research on dog food and what the heck they put in it! Freya my second lived to nearly 13. I adopted her at 7 years old and shortly after discovered she had a seizure disorder. It was controlled well until we made the decision to have her put down due to compiling health issues. Kita my current girl is a terror, but I love her. She is nearly every stereotype about a husky I have ever heard with a couple exceptions. I adopted her at just over 6 years old and I am the only owner to have her longer than one year
She has had a sad life, but enjoys all her luxuries now. I also foster quite frequently where I live now so my house is overrun with dogs all the time! I would tell you more about myself, but my dogs are pretty much it! I look forward to getting to know everyone

You'll love it here more than my liver loves me right now, looking forward to chatting soon.

Congrats on sticking with this girl though, she sounds like she needs a good bit of secure and safe handling and sounds like your the one to do it too.
Welcome to the forum, there is so much information on here about raw feeding your bound to find all the answers and help you need in many of the posts.
But if you get stuck or lost just ask.
Enjoy your stay.
