My name is Laine (that's what friends call me anyway :D ) and I'm from Canada. While I don't have a husky at the moment, I'm hoping for one this fall.

Took to debating to join the forum for a while, but with the possibility of a new pup more likely, and wanting to learn more diverse stuff about huskies I finally decided to make my intro post. I'm also curious about raw feeding, too as it might be an option for my new little one. Not sure what else to say really...

Hiya.

There are many many posts containing information about raw feeding for you to browse through if you get stuck simply put up a post, or pop into chat.
At the top of the page it tells you if there are any users in the chat room so you can always pop in and ask away.
congrats on the new addition to the family too, husky pups are awesome.
Welcome once again and enjoy your stay with us.

Thanks you all for the welcomes!

I've heard the warning before; little late, may come to more than one and I haven't even gotten my first yet :)

Right now I'm still in "information gathering stage" so when puppy comes, I'll have things set up and do things right by them which is seriously important to me. Looking forward to reading over things and getting advice when the time comes.

Welcome to the forum Laine.
I'm sure you'll find this place great, I know I have :)
You're right about ending up with more than 1, we're on the look out for a 2nd already and we only adopted Kai just over 6 weeks ago :)
Have fun...
